    We can organize trips suited for all levels of freedivers, divers, fishing or sightseers. Freediving/diving or fishing is great along the Channel Islands. Tuna mission at Santa Barbara Channel Island…they showed for a hot second and moved on. We had madmax lures…which Blue Water Hunter finally has!!! We had to move to other methods to get meat in the cooler. Fun times where had by all!
Fun times were had by all at the 9th annual flatfish classic. The main sponsor was Yeti, which is coming to Blue Water Hunter shortly! Big thanks to the Lompoc Dive Club, Chris Malloy, and all who participated in the event!! Everyone ended up a winner!

Well that’s a wrap! Thank you to all the participants in the our first ever shop contest. We had a really great turnout with fish weighed in from the local surf to the islands. We learned a ton from this first event and our next one will be eve
Well that’s a wrap! Thank you to all the participants in the our first ever shop contest. We had a really great turnout with fish weighed in from the local surf to the islands. We learned a ton from this first event and our next one will be even better! First place came in with a tie , Dan Christy and @sbsurfangler with matching 2lb barred surf perch at 47.6% to the CA state record of 4.2oz we pushed for a fish off but they are happy with splitting the prize. Second place - Alex Osman 1.9oz Barred Surfperch @ 45.2% Wins a framed @abachar print! Third place - @red_bowls with a 6lb Varmilion Rockfish @ 43.2% not mention 12lb lingcod he weighed in. Wins a complete saltwater tackle box! Thanks again for the continued support and everyone who participated! - BWH
